We use third-party payment processors to bill you through your online account for use of our services. We do not control these payment processors and are not responsible for any errors made by them.

We do not guarantee any level of performance or the number or quality of followers, likes or any other TikTok metric. We will not provide refunds if the results of your advertising campaigns do not meet your expectations.

Payments and refunds

You may terminate your subscription and stop using our services at any time by canceling your subscription on our website.

Spark Ads may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice to you. You will continue to be charged for our services during any suspension period.

Upon termination, you will no longer be billed for our services. Your TikTok content and account data will remain on TikTok after termination. At your request, we will make reasonable efforts to remove any remaining links between your TikTok account and our services.
